The objective was to craft an inviting outdoor space, a sanctuary for leisure and relaxation, featuring a semi-covered terrace and pool area. The design has to ensure that the existing house and its expansion harmonize from every observation point, along the vast green surrounding area.

The outcome is a testament to the synergy of architecture and nature. An ultra-light metal structure, integrated the existing volumes, enhances the horizontal grandeur of the entire complex. It appears to float in the air, achieved through just two slender columns as its base. These columns not only maximize the breathtaking views but also divide the entire area into three distinct and proportionate spaces, transitioning from solid roof to inviting pergola, culminating in an open void.

What makes this oasis truly captivating is the fact that guests can marvel at the 14-meter-long pool through expansive windows from every social area of the house, effectively blurring the lines between the indoors and the outdoors.

The property's value is not just preserved but significantly enhanced through this harmonious proposal, where utility meets beauty. It's a testament to the power of design to create spaces that inspire, offering a harmonious blend of leisure and aesthetics, that enriches the living experience.
