The aim was to craft a front facade that embraces privacy while opening up the rear to foster a profound connection between the primary living areas and the lush green surroundings. Furthermore, we sought to design the space with the versatility to accommodate future room expansions without the need for extensive modifications.

At the core of this exceptional ground floor design lie two striking voids, acting as pivotal elements that invite an abundance of natural light, refreshing ventilation, and an infusion of greenery. These voids profoundly elevate the quality of the interior space, enriching the overall living experience.

The artful integration of these voids, coupled with a central hall, thoughtfully divides the residence into private and public domains. On the left, we've situated the private retreats - the bedrooms and bathrooms - each strategically positioned to optimize their vistas. Bedrooms offer tranquil views of the backyard, while discreetly positioned small windows on the facade provide glimpses of the street from the bathrooms, ensuring utmost privacy.

On the right side, the public spaces gracefully unfold. These areas not only offer generous expanses but also imbue the house with a remarkable flexibility, creating a fluid and seamless living experience.

Lastly, the ingenious inclusion of these voids serves a dual purpose: they not only enhance the current design but also stand poised to accommodate any future expansions, allowing the house to evolve with your changing needs while preserving its original character. The spaces of the residence delicately balance privacy and connectivity, all while provide adaptability for future growth.
